This helps users observe direction, compare successive positions, and identify route changes. The line represents points sent by the tracker; it does not mean the vehicle followed every street exactly between reports and does not replace detailed history.
Assistant for diagnosing device problems
Secure GPS added an assistant that guides users when a tracker does not appear or communicate as expected. Instead of relying on an improvised investigation, the user can follow an organized set of checks.
A typical review considers power, installation, coverage, communication service, identifier, connection parameters, reporting frequency, and model compatibility. The assistant organizes diagnosis, but some physical checks require access to the equipment or help from the installer.
Updated mobile experience with correct permissions
The mobile versions for Android and iOS were updated, and user privilege loading was corrected. Each person can see the functions corresponding to their role when opening Secure GPS from a compatible phone.
