Faster GPS maps for fleets with more than 100 devices
The Secure GPS map combines the latest available location with the information required to identify each tracker. In a large account, obtaining all this data when the view opens can involve hundreds of requests and delay the start of monitoring.
We optimized this flow to use a specialized reference for the latest positions and load only the relevant device details separately. This reduces repeated work and allows the map to begin displaying the fleet more quickly.
A transportation company can open its control center at the start of a shift, locate more than 100 vehicles, and move sooner to operational tasks: identifying offline units, confirming arrivals, reviewing alerts, or selecting a vehicle to view its route.
Visible speed still depends on the user's connection, the number of selected devices, and the volume of information. The optimization especially targets accounts where fleet scale made the initial load more demanding.
GPS history protected when positions arrive simultaneously
A tracker may send several positions within a short time or deliver an accumulated batch after coverage returns. When those records are processed simultaneously, each one must be related to the correct previous position to preserve distance, statuses, and history.
We corrected a case in which two concurrent writes could use an outdated reference and affect route continuity. Secure GPS now performs a consistent reading when the required previous position is missing and completes the relationship before saving the new point.
The improvement reduces the risk of gaps or incomplete calculations during periods of high activity. It provides more reliable routes for a fleet and better behavior for equipment that sends data frequently or in batches.
More efficient security controls for received locations
Secure GPS can prevent connections from sources that have been blocked for security reasons or invalid behavior. This validation occurs before work is dedicated to interpreting device positions.
We optimized how these restrictions are checked so the platform can determine more quickly whether a connection may continue. Valid transmissions move forward with less delay, while blocked sources stop without consuming unnecessary processing.
This control does not change the normal configuration of an authorized tracker. Its purpose is to protect data reception and help keep the service available for legitimate devices.
More responsive device actions
Renaming a tracker, changing its icon, updating its identifier, saving alerts, or recognizing its protocol requires device information to be validated and updated. These operations now run without unnecessarily blocking other work while waiting for completion.
Users may experience a smoother response when managing several devices. Secure GPS can continue handling the page flow while the corresponding change is completed.

We updated electronic invoices applicable in Colombia to use the current standard established by DIAN. The new flow organizes tax identification, person or company type, contact data, service value, payment method, and document status.
Customers gain better compatibility when receiving documentation for eligible purchases. Keeping the billing name or company name, identification, address, phone number, and email current helps prevent rejections caused by incomplete information.
More consistent cookie and session cleanup
We corrected the deletion of cookies used during navigation and account access. When a cookie must be removed, Secure GPS applies cleanup with the same path and domain criteria used when it was created, preventing older values from remaining active.
This reduces confusing behavior when signing out, changing context, or refreshing certain navigation data. Users receive a more predictable transition without having to erase all browser information manually.
SMS record downloads in Microsoft Excel
SMS records help review messages sent in compatible processes together with data such as date, user, or device. We corrected the response that determined whether the Microsoft Excel file had been generated successfully.
A successful download now returns the file instead of displaying an error result. Administrators can use it for auditing, consumption reconciliation, or reviewing commands sent by SMS.
Application in a real operation
A control center with 150 vehicles can open the map, quickly review the fleet's latest positions, and select devices that require attention. During the day, trackers can send simultaneous positions without losing the history relationship while authorized systems retrieve locations and alerts through the API.
